New "Biden Law" Applications start August 19th...

 
USCIS has announced that they will begin accepting applications on August 19th for parole under the policy announced last month by President Biden.  To be eligible you must:
 
- Have entered the United States without documentation (without admission or parole),
 
- Have be married to a US citizen since on or before June 17, 2024, and
 
- Have been in the United States since on or before June 17, 2014.
 
If you meet this criteria, our office may be able to prepare a case for you.*  Our office may represent you, starting from the parole application all the way up through a decision on your lawful permanent residence (green card).*  Complete, professional service costs start at $4900 (for services paid in full prior to filing).**  Payment plans are also available, if you prefer a monthly payment plan (typically as low as $250 a month).***
